Safety concerns

Use Report or Block on any introduction or date in the app — blocking works instantly and our team reviews every report. You can also email us with “Safety” in the subject. If you are in immediate danger, call local emergency services (112 in the EU).

Delete your account

In the app open Menu → Privacy choices → Request account deletion. Your account closes immediately, and your personal content is permanently erased after a 30-day safety window. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Export your data

In the app open Menu → Privacy choices → Data export to receive a copy of your information.

Common questions

Why don’t I see introductions yet?

PAI only shows people who fit what you asked for and who are looking for someone like you. When nobody fits yet, PAI keeps searching every few hours and lets you know when there is someone worth meeting.

Does a date cost anything?

Dates are free during launch. Food, drinks and transport are your own.

Who sees my preferences?

Only you. Others see your short profile and reviewed photos.
